How Does Our Guaranteed Rent Service Work?

We guarantee you a fixed rental income every month whether your property is empty or tenanted. We then let out the property, taking utmost care to pick out the right tenants and then manage your property throughout the full duration of your agreement with us – leaving you to get on with your busy life and take the load of managing your property off your shoulders.

We become your tenant

After an initial property inspection and arranging of necessary certificates which we can assist with, we become your ‘tenants’ and guarantee you a fixed monthly rental income for the entire duration of your agreement with us. What’s more, you will only ever have to deal directly with us and are never required to manage your tenant yourself.

We start paying you rent right from the agreed start date

Our Guaranteed-Rent service commences from the date outlined in your Guaranteed-Rent agreement with us. No matter how long it takes us to find a suitable tenant, you can walk away after signing your agreement with the full peace of mind that you will start to receive a rental income from the beginning of the contract. Whether the property is tenanted or not, we will pay you rent!
